At Mirrored by Atelier, we are committed to supplying premium mirrors that meet the highest standards of quality. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Change of Mind
As our mirrors are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your mirror arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

● The shipping label
We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery Damage
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours to enable us to make a claim with our freight partners.
Failure to report damage within this period may affect our ability to assist.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made, made-to-order or personalised products cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or do not meet Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and deliver the correct item at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to dispatch.
Orders
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
